It all began with a Love for cooking and gardening. A few years ago Me and My Wife went to get plants for our garden as we usually did in the Spring. That year along with the normal tabasco, habanero, and Thai peppers they had Carolina reaper and ghost peppers. By the end of November we had picked and froze so many peppers we ran out of space. This is when it began… I started experimenting making hotsauce and handing them out as gifts to friends. Then they started asking for more and more bottles. The following year we grew over 50 pepper plants and numerous varieties . This is a look at some of the peppers we have grow over the last few years.
