Who we are

We are local chefs that grow a variety of peppers and then use those peppers to make small batch Hotsauce. I always get the question which ones your hottest? The answer is they are flavorful first along with a very nice spice and heat level that is hotter then a typical sauce. The pepper we use vary in each batch but the rest of the recipe stays the same. Some of the peppers include ghosts, Carolina reapers , Jays ghost peach scorpions, red scorpions, white knight, hallows eve and many more
